This role serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, providing support, and identifying opportunities to enhance value through product adoption and service optimization.

You’ll be leading the team in helping SMEs navigate their digital transformation through our platform, Lending-as-a-Service, showing business owners how practical AI adoption can streamline their operations and boost their businesses.

Handle debt recovery, resolve disputes, update records & liaise with teams. 1+ yr exp in collections, strong comms & org skills needed. Fast-paced & agile role.

Responsible for supporting loan collections and operations, including direct debit management, payment coordination, loan monitoring, reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. The role works closely with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely collection processes, while also identifying operational issues and supporting improvements to collection systems and workflows.
