We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership Manager to join our team, as we expand our collaborations — including with digital bank. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both within and beyond our core business, the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and partnership management, with a keen eye for identifying synergies and building mutually beneficial relationships.

Handle debt recovery, resolve disputes, update records & liaise with teams. 1+ yr exp in collections, strong comms & org skills needed. Fast-paced & agile role.

Oversees collections, reduces credit risk, manages operations, ensures compliance, improves processes and supports reporting & strategy.

Responsible for field visits to customers with overdue payments to facilitate collections & negotiate repayment arrangements in a professional manner.
