Job Scope

  • Relationship Builder: Foster strong, lasting connections with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and engage new clients in the consumer financing industry, creating strategies that open doors to new business.
  • Market Expert: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends, monitor competitors, and spot new growth opportunities.
  • Negotiation Guru: Lead successful negotiations, ensuring both sides win while closing high-impact deals.
  • Sales Dynamo: Craft and deliver tailored sales pitches that directly address the needs of prospective clients.
  • Team Player: Work closely with the Head of Business Development and other teams to ensure we’re all moving in the same direction.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales industry.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to close those big deals.
  • Agile and eager to stay competitive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as an SME Relationship Manager will be an added advantage.
