Test Engineer
Technology Team
Summary: Develop and maintain test coverage for DCAP software via unit, integration, and automated testing. Ensure code quality and reduce production issues.

- Build and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end test cases across all DCAP software products.
- Use PHPUnit and similar frameworks to automate tests for backend systems, APIs, and core business logic.
- Coordinate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and expected behaviors.
- Plan, execute, and report test coverage and quality metrics.
- Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing and test validation gates.
- Maintain clear test documentation, bug reports, and testing guides.
- Champion test-first development practices and coach team members on writing testable code.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in software testing, QA automation, or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in writing automated tests using PHPUnit or similar PHP-based frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and software development lifecycle.
- Able to strategize and coordinate test efforts across teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
