Credit Evaluation Executive

Job Scope

• Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and information provided by customers during the credit application process.
• Conduct credit checks and review credit reports to assess customers' creditworthiness.
• Evaluate the financial position of customers to determine their ability to repay credit.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and outcomes.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication of verification outcomes.
• Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in the verification process.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
• Sound knowledge of financial and credit-related products and services
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
