What You’ll Do as Account Payables (AP):
- Responsible on documents validation and payment processing.
- To monitor payment preparation and other related documents.
- To carry out bank reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
- Responsible to updates various schedules/reports for monitoring and accruals purposes.
- To involve in any process improvement/enhancement project.
- Perform any others ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
- Monitoring and arrange tax payments and withholding tax payments.
- Liaising and monitor bank features and facilities purposes.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- Must have at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SQL accounting software is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
