Summary: We are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership Manager to join our team, as we expand our collaborations — including with digital bank. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships, both within and beyond our core business, the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and partnership management, with a keen eye for identifying synergies and building mutually beneficial relationships.

Job Scope

  • Spot New Opportunities: Identify and connect with potential partners across a wide range of industries to unlock exciting business opportunities.
  • Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling, customized partnership proposals and presentations that align with partner goals and business needs.
  • Seal the Deal: Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships that create real value for both sides.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing success of every partnership.
  • Expand Our Horizon: Explore untapped markets and industries to broaden our reach and diversify growth opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in partnership and business development.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to travel as needed to close those big deals.
