Business Development Team



Summary: Responsible for building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. This role serve as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, providing support, and identifying opportunities to enhance value through product adoption and service optimization.

- Provide business analysis support to the team including preparing analytic reports and handling correspondence.
- Ensure all documents, records and files are properly maintained via electronically stored and/or hardcopy.
- Serve as the point of contact for relevant parties, managing communications and disseminating related information.
- Assist team head in conducting regular business reviews with clients to ensure client's satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Provide implementation support and keep client updated on new products and services.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in business admin support or business analysis in the financial services industry (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
- Bachelor's degree in business admin, analytic, marketing, or any related field.
- Agile, adaptable and resourceful personality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Have own transportation is a plus.
